Job Summary:

The CRM/Salesforce Jr. Analyst will work with the CRM user community across business verticals to support and enhance functionality that provides an optimum user experience in Salesforce. This includes working closely with day to day users to troubleshoot and solve issues. This individual will also work closely with technology team members, other administrators, and product owners, and will be providing guidance as well as be an active participant in getting projects completed. This position will also be responsible for maintaining the data integrity of the software, testing, and helping evangelize Salesforce.com throughout the organization.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

This role requires a highly collaborative approach with a strong business sensibility. Success requires an active listener who can translate between the business and technical jargon.

Responsibilities: 

  • Administrative functions such as User Management, Profiles, Permissions, Data Setup, Roles, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards and process builders within Salesforce
  • Understanding of Case Management and Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Test and properly document technical issues and concerns
  • Understand the importance of Object Relationships
  • Gather and review business systems and user requirements
  • Work directly with the business unit to ensure understanding and effectiveness of systems design
  • Act as subject matter expert in the discovery and remedy of critical production issues
  • Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements when warranted
  • Ability to work weekend support shifts as needed

Requirements:

  • Less than 10% domestic travel – travel may be to another local client location for training
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Customer support- and satisfaction-oriented

  • JIRA or other project management tools

Job Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience leveraging CRM/Salesforce Platform
  • Minimum 1 year experience leveraging CRM/Salesforce Lighting UI
  • Minimum 1-2 year experience with CRM Systems

Key Skills:
