Description:
- This role will facilitate the definition of business requirements
- In addition, the BA will develop acceptance criteria in conjunction with business partners, working with them to define the stories resulting in a clearer, more detailed and more complete understanding of project deliverables
- They will help orchestrate backlog refinements, creating epics, features, and user stories (technical, functional and reporting)
- Guide the development teams to break down large and complex user stories into simplified versions for execution
- Assist design, documentation and maintenance of system processes
- Follow/track and report on defects, identify and/or remove impediments
- Communicate key insights and findings to project team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Six Sigma Certification Knowledge of timeshare industry is a plus
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of agile methodology
- Understanding of the software development life cycle
- Ability to define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Strong partnering skills
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and acceptance criteria in large implementation agile projects
- Strong business process analysis skills
- Knowledge of software testing procedures
