Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for all phases of the project management lifecycle
  • Support the Project Manager and the Project team through all phases of project management from planning through execution
  • Create and maintain project related deliverables (e.g. Project Charter, RAID log, project website)
  • Perform research on issues and participate in problem solving and execution
  • Perform data analysis and convert complex business data into concise documentation and presentations
  • Create standard and ad hoc reports
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings (e.g. schedule meetings, create the agenda, record attendance and publish meeting minutes with action items)
  • Responsible for cross-functional activities necessary to respond to state or federal mandates (e.g. Readiness Review)
  • Directly communicate to the project team to gather and disseminate information on project status, deliverables, due dates and follow-up
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education (Required): 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination
