Description:
- Serve as main planner of the technical and operational schedules for complete refresh of fleet of mobile devices
- Create detailed schedule and list of required tasks, and assign dates that include all partner feedback and meet or exceed the technical/operational requirements
- Partner closely with on-site support teams to ensure that all rollouts occur as scheduled and include the collection and documentation of full inventory information (e.g. location, line of business, serial number, etc.)
- Ensure that all inventory information is accurate and is uploaded into asset management software in a timely fashion
- Partner with Device Management team members to ensure that lease documentation is processed correctly and documented for all stakeholder parties
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in technology rollouts or refreshes, including creation of schedules, monitoring and documenting progress, and creation of updates for leadership
- 5+ years of asset management and/or technology inventory experience
Basic Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience in technology rollouts or refreshes, including creation of schedules, monitoring and documenting progress, and creation of updates for leadership
- Proven attention to detail and ability to shift priorities and redirect work efforts of partner teams based on input from key stakeholders
- Proven experience with large-scale technology implementations/refreshes
- Proven experience with asset and inventory management, including initial documentation and ongoing maintenance
