Qualifications:
- Considerable working knowledge of the most current released version or the immediate predecessor of Microsoft Windows Server and Workstation operating systems such as Windows 2008/7/8.1/10
- Must have a friendly disposition and good customer service skills in order to clearly and effectively communicate technical situations to non-technical personnel
- Good working knowledge of the most current released version or the immediate predecessor of Microsoft Office, related Microsoft Office automation products and Microsoft Exchange
- Good experience in supporting PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones in a TCP/IP environment
- Good knowledge of internet browsers
- Ability to adhere to established standards, and complete assignments/projects within stringent time schedules
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, prioritize, and demonstrate excellent follow-through on each task assigned
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Ability to analyze and diagnose problems quickly, and to make recommendations for workable solutions within prescribed standards
- Ability to maintain professional working relationships with fellow employees, users, and the general public
- Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work closely with and explain sophisticated technology and processes to end user community
- Must be willing to work when required to meet critical deadlines and/or to perform routine maintenance and systems upgrades/repairs
- Must be flexible to work between 6:00AM and 6:00PM
- Must be willing to work at help desk as well as at the user locations installing or trouble shooting technical issues
