Responsibilities:
- Translate business processes into use cases, user stories, process maps, data flows, and diagrams
- Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with business users and subject matter experts
- Identify and understand business strategy, issues, and opportunities to assist business users in identifying and prioritizing new initiatives and capabilities
- Participation with multi-disciplinary work teams to achieve successful execution of complex implementation projects
- Critical thinking and translation of business needs into technical requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in an enterprise IT organization
- In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with thorough understanding of various phases such as requirements, analysis/design, development and testing
- Proven history of supporting successful IT projects
- Outstanding relationship management, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to document business cases, requirements, and functional design documents
- Experience in creating business workflows
- Experience in creation of test cases
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
