Summary:
The Implementation Consultant will be responsible to shape the design of a given institution’s software installation through collaborative conversation with both the client and internal teams to ensure a successful client experience throughout the project. This person is responsible for the creation and delivery of a Transitions Project Plan that provides accurate direction for all parties involved in the implementation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively lead the planning process, project stages and customer engagement throughout the implementation
- Drive collaboration between internal functional teams and client to achieve milestones and deliverables
- Conduct analysis of provided client content and establish/document a Transitions Project Plan
- Advise client on options, risks, costs and benefits, impact on other institutional processes and priorities regarding structure and processes employed using all software
- Pro-actively manage any changes in project scope, identify potential issues and devise, with leadership, contingency plans
- Provide status reports on project progress to client and company leadership teams on a regular basis
- Responsible for driving targeted milestones and achieving the agreed upon implementation schedule
- Provide guidance to address critical and/or outstanding issues impacting the successful implementation
- Provide client support through activation and assist with client research and case study preparation
- May require client on-site engagements, travel to Sales conventions, participation in Sales demonstrations as a product expert, and presentations and participation in annual company user conference

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline highly desired
- Strong understanding and proficiency in Digarc software solutions and professional service offerings
- 3-5 years of strong project management/client-liaison work experience
