Description:
  • Lead and direct technology solutions through all phases of the project
  • Must be able to manage all efforts required to remain within the bounds of schedule and budget with the ultimate objective of proactively maintaining a high level of user satisfaction throughout the project
  • Demonstrates experience in managing projects of various sizes, complexity and types (e.g., application development, outsources services)
  • Can execute Software Development Methodology and techniques as developed and governed by our internal Project Management office
  • Proactively fosters an environment of collaboration among teams and provides day-to-day direction for team resources
  • This includes all aspects of systems implementation from requirements gathering, analysis and design, configuration and test, through deployment and support of various system applications including developing detailed work plans, assigning responsibilities, organizing inter- and intra-departmental activities, conducting project meetings, providing project tracking details and project analysis

Basic Qualifications:
  • Min 7 years experience in technology
  • Min 5 years experience leading multiple projects
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule and travel requirements
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of a technology project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget, has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, staffing and external vendors, and contractual deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project plan to achieve the goals and objectives of the project, in alignment with business strategy, and in accordance with internal methodologies and industry best practice
  • Lead project team to define, schedule and accurately estimate task duration to develop and maintain a realistic schedule
  • Create and manage financial forecast, track spend, adjust accordingly to stay on budget
  • Collaborate with internal controllers
  • Communicate effectively with project sponsors and stakeholders, reporting on progress to ensure delivery is aligned with or exceeding expectations
  • Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly status reports for upper leadership
  • Identify and track risk and issues, mitigate and manage
  • Experience managing Agile teams including when not co-located
