Description:
- Provide technical solutions to meet specific user needs
- Elicit, analyze, validate and document business organizational and operational requirements
- Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the GBTS organization and manage changes to such specifications
- Communicate business direction to the IT organization
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Understanding of business requirements phase of project
- Ability to work on requirements gathering phases of project
- Ability to document and define the processes and procedures as they relate to the overall project objectives
- Familiar with ITIL best practices for service design
- Advanced level/knowledge in Use Case/User Story creation
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills
- Working experience with POS application/systems implementation projects
- Agile Delivery Methods
- Strong problem-solving techniques and skill
- Well-versed in Jira or Version One Knowledge
- Working demonstration in Confluence skills
- Working demonstration Google Docs skills
- Advanced working knowledge in Excel
- Strong communication skills
