Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will organize the logistics of the hiring process to ensure seamless and positive candidate hiring experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule all in-person, phone and digital interviews
- Focusing on finding creative ways to enhance daily candidate experience
- Manage all interview logistics (interview space, technology, cancellations, rescheduling, etc.)
- Collaborate with Talent Advisors and Hiring Managers to guarantee positive candidate experiences
- Coordinating all hiring events (open houses, career fairs, etc.)
- Send Interview & Recruiter Feedback forms to Hiring Managers
- Make recommendations to enhance the candidate experience
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Managing hirevue
- Coordinating internal team meetings
- Ensuring all visitors are on the visitors list for the following day
- Processing invoices for reimbursement
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or similar areas of study
- Work experience in an HR/Recruitment or Sales support function
- Must have provided concurrent, high level admin support in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- High attention to detail and ability to track multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize multiple inputs
- High comfort level with technical support of software for users
- Microsoft Excel skills to filter sort and organize data
- Willingness to escalate issues as appropriate to achieve timely resolutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to interface with all levels of employees and executive management
- Ability to project professional demeanor when dealing with external and internal partners and conflicts via phone and in-person
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of OFCCP regulations related to job posting and candidate management
- Past experience with applicant tracking system
- Experience with onboarding and background check is a plus
