Position Purpose:

  • Design, implement, and administer compensation programs ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Evaluate jobs across all job levels company-wide
  • Review salary offers and one-time payment requests to ensure compliance with plan guidelines
  • Administer the corporate wide merit increase program, bonus plan and other compensation plans as assigned
  • Review incentive calculations for accuracy and approve for payment
  • Respond to questions regarding compensation programs
  • Evaluate existing compensation programs through research and analysis and recommend improvements
  • Evaluate, analyze, audit and maintain compensation and job related data within the company Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Perform various analyses and develop reports to support management needs
  • Identify HR data and process needs and work with HR IT team to define requirements to address these needs
  • Maintain compensation plan related documents and agreements
  • Respond to various compensation surveys

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of human resources, compensation, finance, or data analysis experience
  • Strong analytical skills and Microsoft Excel skills
