Description:
- Serve as first point of contact and provide exemplary customer services/support for associates
- Responsible for coordinating/supporting key HR programs and initiatives to include new hire orientation and other ongoing HR initiatives
- Ensure that all administrative duties are carefully coordinated and effectively executed
- Assist HR Leadership with all HR-related projects as assigned
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs all standardized HR transaction using a variety of tools including ADP-Ev5, eTime, etc.
- Provides navigational support for HR Systems and answer questions as needed
- Coordinates onboarding activities for new hire orientation
- Creates and routes Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) as directed
- Schedules and coordinates candidate interviews
- Enters and track requisitions in the TALEO system
- Schedules exit interviews for HR Leadership as requested
- Serves as an active participant of the Emergency Services Team
- Assists HR Leadership with other programs as needed
- Performs special projects as needed
Education:
- A High School or GED (Required)
- An Associate’s Degree in (Preferred)
Work Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration preferably with previous experience in customer service, office administration, or HR service center role (Required)
- 1+ year of experience in a generalist HR support role (Preferred)
