Description:
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager is responsible for the implementation of the organization change management practice for our client. This role will develop and execute a set of actionable items and targeted change management plans to support adoption of the changes required by key business initiatives. This includes change approach, communications plan, sponsor roadmap/coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan, and metrics to define success.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities for key business initiatives
- Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, conduct change risk analysis and identify risk mitigation activities
- Identify key partners and deliver an operational impact plan for each project
- Collaborate with HR and the business to create resistance management plans and action items to enhance adoption of change initiatives
- Assist HR business partners and talent development partners in understanding various roles being impacted by the change and assist in articulating a learning curriculum that meets the needs of the end user
- Develop change communications to the appropriate stakeholder groups that messages the various actions/results/intentions of the project; these messages must be audience specific and media appropriate
- Embrace the organizations missions, values, goals and objectives, and demonstrate them through ongoing participation in individual and team activities
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- A track record of producing high-quality work products on-time and within budget
- A track record of successful OCM engagements
- Experience providing facilitation services and training programs to large groups of stakeholders
- Ability to be flexible and to learn quickly about different client programs
- Ability to work independently and contribute as a member of the project team
- The applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Office software (i.e., Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Ability to work closely with project manager and other team members to drive project results
- Solid project planning and management skills
- Undergraduate degree with 3 to 5 years of experience; or, graduate degree with 1 to 3 years of experience
- Organizational Change Management experience
