Description and Requirements:
- Assign/close requisitions
- Generate offer letters
- Initiate background checks
- Monitor background check and drug test results
- Review and complete Personnel Action forms
- Conduct e-verify verifications
- Input new hires into PeopleSoft (tie to requisition)
- Submit new hire paperwork to HR Support
- Complete employment verifications
- Communicate and initiate FMLA/LOA processes
- Initiate credentials in TimeForce (timekeeping system)
- Other work/projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- MS Office
- PeopleSoft HR (preferred)
