Responsibilities:
- Scans, indexes, and classifies employee verification documentation utilizing imaging software for retention in electronic employee files
- Perform basic administration processing and approval of transactions, data input and verification of required documentation
- Investigate and research employee records including histories, financials and time sheets for the purpose of accurate and efficient employee verification requests
- Make required follow up phone calls and conduct additional research as necessary to proactively understand areas of concern or improvement in Verification of Employment information
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ability to remain professional under stressful situations
- Highlight, identify and resolve any discrepancies with statements provided by the Work Number for employees and vendors
- Opens cases and process employment/income verification requests, through resolution
- Help achieve key objectives as well as Service Level Agreements with each case (SLA)
- Keep management advised of potential problem areas and makes recommendations for efficiencies and solutions
- Ensure employee privacy where appropriate, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive client reports or information
- Use procedures, policies, knowledge database, and other reference materials to assist in answering customer inquiries
Education:
- Associate’s degree or two years of related field experience required or completion of our client’s internship program required
Experience:
- At least one year of experience in Human Resource preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Experience in a Human Resource shared services organization preferred
