Our client is an IT Services company looking for a highly motivated Helpdesk Supervisor to manage our Helpdesk. We are looking for a problem-solver with vast knowledge of Windows networking, from routing to group policy implementation, to Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Virtualization, etc. Must have the proven skills of a tenured Network Engineer. Must also be able to lead a team of 7-10 engineers on our Helpdesk. Tasks will include keeping SLAs, reporting on performance , implementing improvement to processes, and general management of the Helpdesk as a whole.


  • Experience with Active Directory, from setup to administration
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server (2007,2010,2013,2016)
  • Basic understanding of firewalls, access lists, NAT, PA
  • Virtual Server Experience – HyperV or Vmware
  • Backup Software – Symantec and or Microsoft DPM,Veeam
  • Basic understand of routing concepts
  • Support team supervision
  • Knowledge of monitoring and ticketing systems
