Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports cross functional projects which impact product performance through identification, resolution, and ongoing product performance monitoring
  • Partners with functional areas such as Operations, Sales, Provider Relations, Finance, and Regulatory to review product performance/effectiveness and determine actionable items to address (including resolving member/product issues and conducting ongoing training)
  • Supports the development of training tools to support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of product benefits and services
  • Performs special projects as assigned

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Required or equivalent work experience an additional 2 years experience in healthcare and/or health insurance

Work Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare and/or health insurance
  • Experience in supporting projects in the following areas: Benefit Design, Benefit Management and/or Administration, Marketing and Sales, Strategic Planning, Marketing Management, and/or Project Management
  • Medicare and/or Medicare Advantage, or consumer financials products experience
