Job Description:

The General Ledger Accountant is responsible for all the recording, keeping and reporting requirements of our client and its affiliates.

Position Qualifications and Requirements:

• Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, efficiently and simultaneously
• Transactional accounting experience, preferably using Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly known as Great Plains) preferred
• Knowledge and experience with both cash based and accrual accounting preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Good written and oral communication skills are essential
