Description:
- Return mail, determine if there is an address to forward, remove contents of envelope and print new envelope to forward mail, as well as enter status in computer
- Typing comments in computer with status of account, filing, and possibly ordering title searches
- Process credit card payments in system, email members, and return payments to members via FedEx
Preferred Qualifications:
- Collections experience and/or 3+ years in an administrative or data entry role
- Administrative experience in a financial setting is preferred
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- 2+ years of administrative/data entry and/or collections experience
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Solid experience with MS Word and Excel
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
