Requirements:
- 1+ year(s) of experience will be ideal but others would be considered
- Excellent phone presence
- Great data entry skills
- Experience working in a hospital or similar medical facility but healthcare is a MUST
- Ability to explain benefits to patients
- Experience verifying claims and making corrections
- Experience doing follow-ups to ensure great service
Duties:
- Contact insurance companies to verify claims
- Contact patients to explain/coordinate medical benefits
- Billing to physicians
- Outbound calls to patients/physicians
- Inbound calls from patients and physicians
