The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing online marketing programs that drive new owner acquisition, lead conversion, enhance owner/member relationships, and engage customers, owners and guests. The DCS’s efforts will work closely with various departments in order to directly support business.


  • Coordinating and driving consumer facing programs
  • Provide support in a variety of cross channel campaigns in collaboration with various teams to include channels such as web production, content management, email marketing, online advertising, lead generation, mobile messaging, data analysis, analytics, etc.
  • Organize, implement, and report the results of all select campaigns designed to assist at driving resort arrivals, product usage, customer engagement and resort occupancy
  • Executing direct marketing campaigns via email and mobile SMS
  • Implementing and administering email marketing campaigns, text messaging campaigns, surveys and data capture functionality
  • Handle production needs utilizing the company’s marketing cloud platform to engage customers and deliver various types of communications


  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year college in Marketing, Business  Management, Computer Science or Hospitality
  • Experience working on campaigns that cross multiple channels including but not limited to direct marketing, online media placement, telemarketing, email, web, mobile, social and print/offline materials (2+ years)
  • Experience building HTML and developing digital content for online marketing campaigns and communications (2+ years)
  • Experience building and validating HTML for email, web, mobile and/or social
  • Experience sending and managing email communications through third party email provider
  • Experience with project management associated with implementing marketing email campaigns, including managing timelines, creative feedback, targeting, approval cycles, etc. (2+ years)
  • Experience working in a highly-detailed project coordination environment (2+ years)
  • Excellent ability to work effectively with various internal and external constituencies including senior management, regional sales and marketing management, legal, technical teams, etc.
  • Experience handling web based production to maintain content, consistent messaging, lead acquisition, customer engagement and online conversion
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience developing and deploying campaigns with multiple test cells, varied by message, offer, and distribution vehicle
  • Experience creating and analyzing dashboards to measure program success (1+ years)
  • Strong time management skills, team contributor, and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to achieve goals with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and implement projects without direct reporting control
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with management, peers, external alliance partners, and outside vendors
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM/PPC, preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in timeshare/vacation ownership industry, preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills; comfortable presenting to groups
  • Ability to take initiative, plan, manage and deliver projects on time, required
  • Must build trust based on programs created and fulfilled accurately and on time

  • 4+ years marketing experience or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • 2+ years of email marketing experience including content development, creative design, automation, targeting and segmentation
  • 2+ years of web development experience, including search engine optimization and creative design
  • 2+ years experience with Microsoft Office including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
  • 2+ years experience working in digital and online marketing; or, an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • Experience coordinating projects in a deadline driven environment
  • Experience in web production, mobile messaging, SEO/SEM, and data segmentation/targeting preferred
  • Experience in tracking and reporting web, email, mobile and online media preferred
  • Experience in lead generation and online media buys a plus
