Responsible for assisting owners by responding to inquiries about title related matters such as questions about deeds, ownership changes or foreclosures. The Customer Support Specialist spends most of their time on the phone with our owners. The role is responsible for delivering “count on me!” service by maintaining quality and productivity metrics.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Accept owner calls during business hours (85% time)
  • Responds to internal and external customer communication via phone and email (5% time)
  • Performs duties of a general clerical (5% time)
  • Performs other duties as needed (5% time)

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Knowledge and skills:
    • Ability to prioritize tasks
    • Sense of urgency to complete tasks while being detail-oriented
    • Exceptional listening skills
    • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Strong reading comprehension skills
    • Effective decision-making skills
  • Technical Skills
    • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
    • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
