The Account Services team primarily takes incoming calls on the Member Accounting queue line. This position is responsible for providing excellent service for  members regarding financial aspects of their DVC membership as well as processing payments for loans, dues and escrow and handling questions regarding varying financial circumstances.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Willingness to learn new software applications
  • Demonstrated strong partnering skills
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, as well as telephone etiquette skills
  • 2+ years customer service experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years call center customer service experience preferred
  • Call center member accounting services
Preferred Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree
