Responsibilities:

  • Asset (Cash and Securities) Management Activities
  • Security Setup, Costs Basis, Pricing
  • Trading and Settlement
  • Process income such as dividends & interest
  • Bond Paydown, Mortgages. Security Transfer
  • Internal/External Cash Transfers
  • Cash Deposits, Check, Wire, ACH, ACATS, Bill Pay
  • Account Management Activities
  • Account Opening, Closing & Fees
  • Audit/Compliance Activities
  • Reconciliations ┬árelated to:
    • DTC, Cash, Money Markets, Mutual Funds, Mortgages
    • FNBB (Fed), Real estate (including taxes and insurance)
    • Unique Asset/Valuation Audits
  • Tax Activities
  • EFTPS Processing (tax estimates & payments)
  • Statement and Alert Activities
  • Manage Statements and Alerts

  • Relationship Management Activities
  • Customer Relationship Management related to our client’s Staff
  • Service Desk Activities
  • Monitor phone queue and portal
  • Manage Assigned Issue backlog
  • Incident Management
  • Subject Matter Expert Activities
  • Generate User Stories from ideas
  • General Office Activities
  • Scanning, Filing, Faxing & Mailing
