Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years relevant experience in Trust, Banking, and/or Brokerage

- Principles of Trust, Trust Accounting, and Trust Taxation
- Basic concepts of Asset Administration
Responsibilities:
- Asset (Cash and Securities) Management Activities
- Security Setup, Costs Basis, Pricing
- Trading and Settlement
- Process income such as dividends & interest
- Bond Paydown, Mortgages. Security Transfer
- Internal/External Cash Transfers
- Cash Deposits, Check, Wire, ACH, ACATS, Bill Pay
- Account Management Activities
- Account Opening, Closing & Fees
- Audit/Compliance Activities
- Reconciliations related to:
- DTC, Cash, Money Markets, Mutual Funds, Mortgages
- FNBB (Fed), Real estate (including taxes and insurance)
- Unique Asset/Valuation Audits
- Tax Activities
- EFTPS Processing (tax estimates & payments)
- Statement and Alert Activities
- Manage Statements and Alerts
