Description:

The Enrollment Team Leader position would help manage the inventory of work to be assigned to the temporary staff hired specifically to address the discrepancies in CHP membership data and premium payments from the state.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly inventory for multiple streams of work in order to complete work in a timely fashion
  • Develop work schedule and ensuring that members of staff adhere to it for successful implementation
  • Monitor schedule, productivity and quality parameters at individual staff level
  • Develop good understanding of the needs of each staff and communicate these needs to management to ensure that all required items are provided for to ensure successful operations
  • Facilitate interaction between team members to bring forward best practices, training needs
  • Tracking and reporting of issues faced by the team
  • Work with Track Leads and other Premium Recovery team members as part of the broader CHP project
  • Work with Operational Quality Assurance department as part of inventory management duties

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to create and modify documents using in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment, while performing well and delivering high-quality results
  • Strong project management skills
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently without constant supervision

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in production inventory management in a health plan or related industry
  • Experience in successfully managing daily, weekly and monthly targets with a large team
  • Ability to identify and report productivity trends
  • Ability to anticipate production bottle-necks and plan ahead
  • Ability to devise corrective action plans to bring inventory levels in line with the expected burn-down plan
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
