Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of receptionist support services including greeting and providing general information to members, executive leaders, various external vendors, and/or prospective employees
- Answer and transfer incoming calls requiring some level of investigating to determine most appropriate department/contact
- Receive, greet, and refer visitors to the relevant individual or department
- Accept delivery of small parcels and advise addressee
- Determine when an issue is urgent and expedite a response
- Administer routine parking and taxi arrangements, and issue/collect security badges for visitors
- Perform basic clerical tasks and/or undertake simple copy typing as time permits
Additional Duties as Assigned:
- Support Team Lead with the processing and assigning of Service Now tickets
- Serve as primary point of contact for meeting room scheduling and onsite catering
- Administer facilities invoicing, filing, and other clerical responsibilities
- Facilities department filling and tracking
- Maintain food truck program to include scheduling, quality, variety, etc.
- Administer mail and parcel shipping, receiving and distribution for FL office
- Execute security administrative responsibilities to include security badge distribution, replacement, temporary badges and monitoring security cameras
- Provide second level support to security officers and front desk duties
- Maintain/update work station name tags for all office employees
