Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents
- Screen and transfer callers, arrange meetings, and may handle travel accommodations
- May distribute mail and maintain office supplies
- Will provide scheduling for training
- Will respond to the local access system to allow guest into the facility
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Perform a variety of tasks
- Work under general supervision
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expert skills in Microsoft Office and all its components
- Self-starter who is able to process work and not be timid about asking questions when necessary
- Experience in supporting leaders of a fast-paced environment
Basic Qualifications:
- This role requires a high school diploma with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Computer skills in the Microsoft Office package, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Have social capability to deal with all levels of management and clients
- Be willing to be trained on local processes and take some CBT training courses
