Description:
- Perform daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting, and other similar duties, using a computer terminal, typewriter, and other word processors
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sort and distribute mail
- Answer phones
- Make photocopies
- File
- Operate basic office equipment
- Respond to routine inquiries via telephone, fax, or email
- Conduct data entry into required computer application and systems
- Run reports and distribute as necessary
- Validate information and provide feedback to management
- Perform typing and other clerical duties as requested
Education:
- A High School diploma or GED (required)
Work Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in related experience (required)
Licenses and Certifications:
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) (ACNP-BC)
Skills:
- Demonstrated interpersonal/verbal communication skills
