The Call Center Representative answers inbound calls from members and potential members who have questions or requests regarding their account(s) or other products and services. They interact with our client’s members in an efficient and effective manner while providing complete and accurate information. They use consultative sales techniques to cross-sell multiple financial products and services to ensure that member financial needs are met.


  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Strong telephone etiquette skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computers and technology
  • Ability to manage/resolve conflict
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement process skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, while maintaining courtesy, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a high-volume inbound/outbound call center

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a financial institution, such as a credit union or bank
  • Minimum 1 year lending experience
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Haitian-Creole
