Qualifications:
- Customer service background
- Previously worked as an insurance claim adjuster
- Follow dialogue and be professional on the phone
- Bilingual a huge plus – someone well-spoken that can show empathy
Basic Duties:
- Field all referred-in cases
- Maintain client contact until declined or signed up
- Back up for Internet and Dan Newlin calls
- Declination letters
- Update ATO with new information
- Work with intake attorney on referred-out cases
