Description:
- Provide technical solutions to meet specific user needs
- Elicit, analyze, validate and document business organizational and operational requirements
- Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the organization and manage changes to such specifications
- Communicate business direction to the IT organization
- Lead Partner in negotiation agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business units and the organization from initial requirements to final implementation
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Lead contact for business requirements phase of multiple projects
- Ability to actively participate in all phases of multiple projects
- Ability to lead in the delivery and coordination all project documentation and define processes and procedures as they relate to the overall project objectives
- Familiar with ITIL best practices for service design
