Responsibilities:
  • Excellent communications skills, meet and greet visitors
  • Front desk and/or high volume telephone coverage, coupled with light typing
  • Basic computer skills
  • Provide telephone directory assistance
  • General office duties such as filing, faxing, Outlook, and photocopying
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous receptionist, secretarial and/or mail room experience
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Positive, high-energy individual with customer service focus
  • Proven verbal communication skills, especially telephone etiquette
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. PC skills (e.g., Windows, Outlook)
