Position Description:

We are looking for a detailed-oriented Account Manager with very strong communication skills to work with our existing clients to help ensure the success of our clients. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will use prior search engine optimization and Internet marketing experience to review account performance and guide client strategy.  You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

What you would be doing:

  • Work directly with existing clients to help build a long term relationship
  • Build Internet marketing (SEO, PPC, Social, Exc.) strategies that provide tangible results for clients
  • Prepare client report
  • Run client update meetings where you share analytical data, provide campaign feedback, and work on client changes
  • Working with other team members to affect client changes


  • Previous Internet marketing (SEO, PPC, Social, Exc.)  and Google Analytics experience
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • The ability to effectively communicate with clients and business owners
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively
  • Willingness and ability to learn and adapt
